Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery speed depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

International Shipping

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has shipped, Pulmo Balance is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen deliveries
  • Carrier delays
  • Delivery issues caused by shipping providers

If problems occur, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period:

  • Processed orders cannot be canceled
  • Shipped orders cannot be canceled

If your order has already shipped, you may:

Refunds are processed after returned items are received and inspected.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If an incorrect address is provided:

Delivery Confirmation

If tracking confirms successful delivery, Pulmo Balance cannot issue refunds for claims of non-receipt. Customers must contact USPS or the shipping provider for investigation.

Returns & Refund Guidelines

To receive a full refund:

  • Return all purchased bottles, including empty, opened, or unused products
  • Include all bonus or promotional items
  • Submit your return within the eligible refund window
  • Include your order details inside the return package:
    • Order ID
    • Full name
    • Shipping address
    • Email address
    • Phone number
    • Original packing slip when available

Missing items may result in partial refunds only.

Refund Processing

After your return is received and verified:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • Processing may take 3–5 business days depending on your financial institution
