Pulmo Balance wants you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a return within 90 days from your original purchase date.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
- Your return request must be made within 90 days of purchase
- You must first contact customer support to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Returns without an approved RMA number cannot be accepted
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process:
- Email support@pulmobalance.com to request your RMA number
- Clearly write the RMA number on your return package
- Ship your return within 14 days after receiving approval
- Send your tracking number and RMA details to customer support after shipment

Return Conditions
Returned products must:
- Be in acceptable condition
- Not be excessively damaged or broken
- Include all original accessories and materials

Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health or personal care items
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted if:
- Products show significant signs of use
- Items are damaged or missing components not caused by Pulmo Balance
- Returns are submitted after the 90-day refund period

- You will receive email confirmation of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within several business days

Sale Items
Only standard-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted products may not qualify.
Exchanges
Pulmo Balance only replaces products that are defective or damaged. Exchange requests must be made within 90 days of delivery.
Gift Returns
If your order was purchased as a gift:
- You may receive store credit once the return is approved
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
